This plugin lets a server administrator use TF2's built-in item whitelist feature outside of tournament mode. You can use it to disable things like cosmetics
before they spawn in, which can help prevent edict crashes on certain maps with high playercounts.
No cvars, just unload the plugin to turn it off. Don't use it if you want to keep
mp_tournament on.
Make sure you also use the gamedata file included below. Now has Windows signatures!
