i have found the failure i have installed the windowsversion of sourcemod on a linuxsystem ... i am so stupid ;-)

found the error in the logs from sourcemod like this:

[SM] Unable to load plugin "quakesounds.smx": Required extension "SDKTools" file("sdktools.ext") not running

now i have this:

18:15:32 sm_quakesounds_version
18:15:32 "sm_quakesounds_version" = "0.8"
          notify singleplayer replicated
          - Quake Sounds Version

looks good :-)
