Noob question but, what do you mean "binary"?
As for reproducing the errors, I would take a guess here and say that MasterMind420's
[L4D/L4D2] Thirdpersonshoulder Shotgun Sound Fix would be required.
If it really is that plugin causing the errors, then I would be extremely confused because both plugins were made by MasterMind420.
EDIT: I also have
[L4D/L4D2]ThirdPersonShoulder_Detect(1.4 - 18/7/2017) since it's basically a dependency of the thirdperson shotgun sound fix.
