A Surf Plugin Come back to life after died?

If anyone has played CS 1.6 and played a surf map they'd know what I mean.

I would like a simple plugin that brings a player back to life after he dies?? I would imagine it to be easy. In CS 1.6 some surf servers have this little plugin that brings people back to life. Which is great for surf maps. Could anyone do this for me?? Thanks in advance!

Thinking back I believe such a plugin was Bailopan's first project ever...
I can imagine he's got other things to do right now, but perhaps someone
would like to take this on as their first plugin, following in the footsteps of
Bailopan the magnificent!

Afterall, if no1 does this - you can always do SourceMod plugin by yourself ;)

Assuming the functionality has been implimented. Everything must be implimented through modules, as HL2's plugin functionality is nonexistant.
