Description: This plugin allows you to make tsay announcement and it will displey it there , but i think only in first round.
There are colors.
Red - \r
Yellow - \y
White - \w
Gray - \d

Installation: announcements.amxx to cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins
After map changes it wil create announcements.cfg in addons/amxmodx/configs/announcements.cfg
Add text in announcements.cfg

I diden't test it.
Also , i will translate plugin soon.
