[REQ] Redict Servers. !servers

hey guys i searched alot on am and i can't find this one mod.
the mod is when you or ohter players type !server in chat window.
on chat its open all servers on this clubs,
i mean if i have a 3 server then its shold be like this.
player or admin typing !servers

Menu Shows:

1. Server 1 | Name | Mod | Players Count
2. Server 2 | Name | Mod | Players Count
3. Server 2 | Name | Mod | Players Count

when player choosed a server its says: Press F1 to connect to: the server name hes choosed. and its will connect to.

yes thanks, but its uses sql. i don't think so i have sql system on my game server. (CSS)
