I installed the Spawn Uncommon plugin for L4D2. I have the menu in admin menu but nothing spawns? Any Help?

also, when I make a change to my server and restart it I get this error message,

No value defined for variable 'configpathrelative' in file 'HL2.init

any idea what that mean?
