is it possible to update only bin/*.so between to version of SM ?? Each time I re-uplaod everyfile, cause i'm not sure (core.cfg ? ...).

If you update Core, you should also update extensions. You should also update gamedata/translation files if they changed.

You can get away with not updating core.cfg (because most of its options are defaulted), but you should make a point to update it when it changes.
