Can you explain what that this plugin do with more details?

How many spawns this plugin creates?
What are the other tools that the plugin have?

This plugin creates 64 spawns from one T or CT spawn. It only does it though, if there are more than 10 spawns. This prevents some maps like mg_kommando, from being CT sided, when they obviously have the upper advantage. So every map in the end, will have support for 64 slot servers. Mine being (50 slot) and usually reaching up there 35% of the time.

I suggest the use of "NoBlock" with this plugin, since it can cause people to spawn inside of each other.
