Are there any new reliable Anti-Cheat for HLDS with new builds?

For now stable and adapted, not.

But surely strengthen your system valve anticheat. (VAC: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...7849-Radz-6869)

Although I advise several plugins that work well and help fight the cheats:
