still having problems with roundtimes with stripper

Hello,

I followed all the directions on many of the posts to try to get the roundtimes to end, but no luck so far. I've gotten it to work once before, but now I can't get it. I am running a Win server, with mani, cssdm 0.91, stripper, and metamod. Can someone please help me, I know im just missing looking in one spot or something.

nevermind, it looks like it works. Just a question though. When the server first starts, it loads de_dust, and I actually see the round time, but I guess when it gets to 0 it just sits their....Does this sound right?
