hey i have fixt all on server now but it says this in the console:

This is done by a plugin.

"Public Rules" or similar. Don't remember.

SH#1 does it too, because of the rules plugin.

If you don't mind the server console getting spammed, then that is the plugin for you.

Well, i actually configured it.. So there is no console spam for Wc3FT, shmod #2, etc etc..

You want it?
