This may (probably) already exists because I have seen it, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I could display messages on the server every so often.

For example I've seen some servers display a "please donate..." etc message every 5-10 minutes or a "type !votemenu to access voting options" every 5 minutes.
