My server has lag problem can someone help?

This should probably be posted in the Server section.

I also wonder about these sv settings. There is surprisingly little information available that is presented in simple terms. As a result I've just tried different settings in a futile effort to find what works.

Does anyone have a source that shows what the best 'generalized' settings are for TF2 servers running on modern machines? Is it better to remove these settings completely?

For what its worth here is what I am currently using on my TF2 Server. I have no way of knowing if it is any better or worse than anyone else.
