The SourceOP beta plugin contains a similar feature as well as other entity editing commands. +grabphys is the SourceOP command you're looking for. Looks like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TshL7zywg8o The orangebox beta of the plugin works for CSS, HL2 Deathmatch, and TF2.
