Description:
when a player enter in the server, he have 10 seconds to set the setinfo, but if the player is admin, he can play normally.

Cvars:
amx_only_admin "1" - Only admins can play.

Stop posting useless plugin, amxx has already a system that can prevent non admins player from joining the server.
Also, you can set a password on a server...
