Hello, I'm searching plugin which disable some commands only for foreign country ?

For example I want to make, that in my server only local people can talk by mic (sv_alltalk 1 only for local people)

Start looking at these APIs:

GeoIP API
Voice API

With these you can get the players' country names, and control voice on individual players.
