I want to mount a server ld4 of 12 players coop and can not find on any website information on how to increase the number of medkit in saferoom. The plugins you have are the l4d2 and I do not work. There is also an option on superversus but I use L4DToolZ and bebop.
Please give me information if there is any plugin. Could be done by setting the cfg of the maps? if so I could facilitate or links to the information?

You should be able to do it with stripper.

Find the medkits hammer id, then change the "count" key on them to 3 (4 medkits x 3 charges = 12).
