I'm sorry, but that's bullshit. A person shouldn't need to look at the SMA to determine what a plugin does. The description of the plugin should be adequate enough so that people know what the plugin does without spelunking through the code.

For that matter, the description of the plugin should at least give a rough idea of the plugin's purpose. "Tools of Darkness" doesn't tell people anything.

To add on to that:

People really need to stop posting first plugins. Or second or third ones for that matter, unless they're REALLY good/useful. You may be proud that you coded a plugin that sets runspeed/gravity/godmode, but it's really not as original as you think.

if any plugin has the words "Don't be mean" "Go easy" or "First Plugin" in it then it is shit and should not have been posted in the first place.
