BTW, what sound do you like better? the ammo_pickup in the hl2 folder or the ammopickup in the cstrike folder?

as for SOUND_FILE1 playing when you hard set the cvar to 2, did you change live 145 "SOUND_FILE = SOUND_FILE1" to be sound_file2?

I thought about it, but I didn't change it. I just thought it should work anyway ;]

BTW
For me SOUND_FILE2 suits this plugin perfectly and that's the one I like, while it makes ammo pickup action unique, not just like grenade or C4 pick up.

"cstrike/sound/items/ammopickup.wav" is a kevlar wearing on sound for real, but if You meant "cstrike/sound/items/itempickup.wav" I still think "hl2/sound/items/ammo_pickup.wav" is the best for this plugin.

If no problem, i was try this plugin on my friend servers.
In my opinion, this plugin now too complicate to play with this.
Players try to pick up wrong bullets. Again and again. When is it not success, swear the server. Please simplify this plugin and this plugin will be the biggest plugin of the year.
My suggest:
All pistol can use all pistol shells. Pistol ammobox model: /hl2/models/items/357ammo
All shotgun can use all shotgun shells. Shotgun ammo box model: /hl2/models/items/BoxBuckshot
All smg can use all smg shells. Smg ammo box model:
All sniper can use all sniper shells. Sniper ammo box model: /hl2/models/items/BoxSniperRouns

Edit:
This plugin does many segmentation fault on my test server.

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Linux based server.
Latest stable Sourcemod and latest Metamod snapshot. No other mods (Eventscripts, Mani admin, Zblock, or other).
When i disable this plugin, the segfaults gone. I try this version only:
