i just rented a 16 slot CSS server from a server provider(jo!ster),and i want to install some mods
but these mods require SDK hooks installed so i told them to install SDK hooks on my server,they installed SDK tools,but now when i install hostile mod it dont run,
and they dont allow server owners to upload any kind of dll's,
so i cant manually upload SDK hook extentions,
my question is whats difference between SDK tools and SDK hooks?
i see SDK hook in console what why its not working and there are so many files in logs folders,i cant find correct file -_-'

Let's take these one at a time, though...

1. In technical terms, SDKTools gives developers access to a lot of functions (and a few hooks), while SDK Hooks is a third-party(ish?) extension that gives 'em access to many useful hooks. In other words, there's a big difference. They aren't replacements for each other.
2. What exactly is going wrong? If the plugin doesn't show up in sm plugins list, do sm plugins load <plugin's filename> and see if it gives you any errors when you do it. Or is the server crashing? If so, does it give any errors when it does?
3. Do sm exts list. Which version of SDK Hooks is it?

I think both "SDK tools" and "SDK hooks" were/are very bad names for extensions.

EDIT: Your host didn't install SDK hooks correctly, I suggest you to change it.
