I know this plugin has been made before, probably even several times, but I just updated this and made some changes.
Usage: amx_respawn <user>
Acceptions:
I noticed on other respawn scripts that they still let somebody respawn even if they are alive.
- Players can only respawn if they are DEAD.
- Required ADMIN_BAN access.
- Fixed so even admins can be respawned. Alot of these plugins check if they're admin so it can't be done on themselves. But hey, why not? I'm sure they'll appreciate it!

can you revive spectators? I've got a problem with a amx_revive plugin I have that people can revive spectators and even the HLTV proxy lol

if you can revive them, and it's an admin only command, why are you doing it? Just don't do it....heh.
