Hi, I have an issue with Metamod not working for L4D2. A friend has a rented server with ftp access and I've done quite a few of these installs before, but this one doesn't seem to be working. I've installed the Metamod .vdf file in the addons folder and then the Metamod folder into addons (addons/metamod), yet meta list in console still says unknown command. I get the same results when trying it through rcon, after entering the rcon password. I've tried both the .vdf file that comes packed with Metamod and the game specific .vdf file from the Metamod site (game is L4D2) and both give me the same results. Of course Sourcemod is not working, since Metamod isn't. I'm using the current release versions of Metamod and Sourcemod.

This is a Windows server. I'm using MM version 1.10.0 for Windows and SM version 1.5.2 for Windows. I've stopped the server before doing any installations of course and then restarted after, yet the problem persists. I've gone so far as to do a complete reinstall of L4D through their website and that doesn't work either. The server itself runs fine, but mm not sm are working. Thanks for any help.

Nevermind, after a little more messing around, I was able to find out that the file permissions needed to be changed within the ftp client. Thanks anyway.
