Is base builder like Build Wars by any chance like the CSS one by panda? if not explain what its meant to do. Are the props meant to be saved unique to each map is it for admins only etc.

I think it's funny how there's plugins for every Source game that strive to make it like GMod.

lol sometimes people would rather play a mod on their favorite game rather than having to get another one.

Few reasons for this:
- gmod isn't free, and often requires you to have other games for resources. Also, some people have the other games already.
- other games may have features gmod does not (weapons/game modes/etc)
- gmod has no item economy.
- sourcemod isn't supported on gmod, and thus admin tools and such do not work well. Unless you can do their lua stuff you are screwed.

Some valid points but i found it easier to explain that gmod is less sandbox more custom gamemodes (like ttt etc.)
And before you bring up the ttt in cs:s and tf2, please note that each game has it's own "feel" to it, and you're basically allowing players to have that certain 'feel' for the physics and the weapons while playing a custom gamemode.

I've had so many people come into my server asking "why not buy gmod"
But i've had more saying "i like building in your server better than gmod."

Only survivors can moove props and that for 120 seconds

And if i understand it's not possible to create this plugin for CS:GO? :s
