My method doesnt work, and from the looks of it javascript does not work in that first motd window, perhaps a plugin to show a different window will work? idk i havent had much time to look into it too much.

Maybe then there is some way to start a game without closing motd? I mean player will auto select team and start playing with motd still opened.

...create timer when player is fully in game, when timer ends, do ClientCommand "joingame" and "jointeam 1 0", should move player in spectator team if there enough space.

Cancel timer if player do first "joingame" command.
