So what is the command to "Map changes at round end"? and
What is the command setting map time??

mp_timelimit controls the map's total time. Only CTF and 5CP will actually end the current round when the time runs out, though.

The remaining game modes (except MvM) will just end the map when the current "full" round ends. Multi-round Payload and A/D Control Point maps consider it to be a "full" round when RED wins any round or BLU wins the final round.

mp_maxrounds sets the maximum number of "full" rounds in a map. In this case, "full" rounds applies to all multi-round maps and not just the two mentioned above.

mp_timelimit and mp_maxrounds can be used together; either one can end the map.

MvM ignores both of these, though, and will only end

There is also mp_match_end_at_timelimit but it doesnt work.
