For some reason basebans doesn't ban. I ban a cheater permanent ban and after a day I see him playing again with same steam account. I tried to ban my friend and then I asked him to reconnect and he said it types he was banned. I don't know maybe all banlist get cleared when map changes or server restarts

cs go doesn't save ban details after server restart user get unban automatically
if you want to save ban on web(mysql) so you can use SOURCEBAN++

for server sided save(sql) use [ANY / CSGO] BanId Fix
