Hello!, i actually wanted to play 8 Survivors with some friends and i only managed to run it with bots the 8 survivors and my friends cant connect, the loading bar dont load
i used lobby creation or the console to load the map and put some commands (ej: sv_consistency 0, sv_cheats 1)

and when i dont use the 8 survivors plugin i have the same problem.

anyone knows how i can solve this problem?
i need to use the l4d2 dedicated server or steamCMD?
how i can install sourcemod and metamod on l4d2 dedicated server?

When you load a map from the console, it counts as singleplayer mode except you can enable sv_cheats. If you really want to host a server that your friends can join, you can either local host a lobby or install a dedicated server with SteamCMD. I would recommend the latter since the former doesn't guarantee that SourceMod will behave properly nor work at all.
