Isn't the point of bhopping to avoid that stamina penalty though? Would increasing it even work on bhoppers?

it still affects them, in my ez hop plugin i set stamina to 0 when a player jumps which makes it easier to gain speed while bunny hopping.

Hi,
I'm testing this plugin and if it's changed a bit it works quite fine with HL2DM.


First thing you have to do is edit (with wordpad) the file:
sm_slowhop.sp

and change the line:
CreateTimer(0.1, Event_PostJump, GetClientOfUserId(GetEventInt(event, "userid")));
to:
CreateTimer(0.30, Event_PostJump, GetClientOfUserId(GetEventInt(event, "userid")));

and I save the file.

Then Drag+Drop the sm_slowhop.sp onto compile.exe and it will just compile that file.


In slowhop.cfg please change the value to:
sm_slowhop_limit "2"



I'm not 100 percent sure about values I've mentioned above but it disturbs jumps performed by bunny hoppers so it works for me.


Maybe someone will find better settings/values?

I would like to nerf Bhop as in competitive... But in my serveur it seems more easier to bunny.. Its casual type.
I tried to use sv_staminajumpcost "0.18", but it's not perfect. I would like to do as in competitive, permit to jump 2-3max. (with bhop, then got a slow effect)
I have one plugin which permit to detect the speed then it slowed down the player if he reach the max speed. But I would like to limit by X jump. (Anti Bunny Hop - Page 4 - AlliedModders)

Someone can help me ?
