This plugin adds lots of cvars to configure charger pound damage and damage of the charge impact on other survivors per difficulty.

Finally!! This is very useful for incapped survivors still being pummeled -- to finish them off quickly. Also, where do I put the lquid helper .inc file?

Woops, forgot to put that info on the inc thread, but place the .inc file on sourcemod/scripting/include
