You should set the team parameters of get_players() instead of user get_user_team().

Please look my code and after say this. get_user_team is for indexing default CS_TEAM_NAMES

Just take a look at Cromchat for example, that should be sufficient to fix your problems. Which makes me wonder why u would want to create this yourself anyways while it's out there for grabbing already.
