Looking for two plugins.

1) Take advantage of the MOTD feature of SOURCE where if we put a URL it passes on to that URL. Add to it: STEAMID to the url. re:

2) ability to launch web screen/motd like screen in game while dead and send it to a URL.

Well what do you mean with simplier?? Simplier to install or simplier functions??

You deactivate all modules, run MbrXS in the default mode, and have "CmdXS" activated. It will allow you to create new commands to open a MOTD-webpages or even allow players to specify the URL themselves... The command will be both chat and console commands...

Default you have "say /rules", "say /help", and "say /admhelp"... you can also set up your own command "say /web <url>" to allow them to open any webpage (but remember that the built in browser is limited)...
