This plugin is like it says it's name claims. It will cloak a player for as long as that player cloak has power.

Version : 1.3.1

Concepts:
Code:
1. When the Player's cloak run out of power that payer is 100% visible.
2. The Player as the option to turn on and off the cloak at will.
3. Moving will make you more visible, the more you move the more people can   
    see you. it's that simple...tip toe !
4. Attacking will make you 100% visible for a short time.
    Players *fade* in and out of the cloak, with the exception of when    
    attacking. attacking drops the cloak instantly.
5. No refills, 1 *power pack* per life. (Unless you have TFC option set, then upgraded dispensers can refill the power pack)
6. Colored Hub print out of the current *power pack* life left (in a percents). 
    Green|Yellow|Red = More then 75% | between 75% & 25% | Less then 25%
7. Admin tunable setting. Just about everything can be tuned by the admin
    with out the need to mod the source unless they fell they need to.
8. If using with TFC you can not set which class's can use the cloak and 
    which can not.

Things to add:
Any: Cloak Sharing, But will use up more of your cloak faster.
Any: Direct Damage to the cloak
Any: Shimmer, if you've been camping for to long with will shimmer for a extremely brief time.
Any: Make jump or falling make you show more then running.

YAY, big day for me. As I've figured a way to allow Spies in TFC the ability to upgrade dispensers to allow Power Pack refills !

For me this was a big deal, as It's my 1st step to getting more of an Idea of how I'm going to port over NeoTF to AMXX plugins (that is unless I can find some one else I can pay to do it).

Can you make a version with a cvar that allows you to set it so only one person a round gets it, and only once aka if they die and respawn they dont get it again.

please change the category to fun stuff as i believe this would fall under. Please also post all the commands and cvars. Lastly post how the player goes about getting one of these cloaks. (do all players have them at spawn or do you have to type a command to get one?)
