Voting menu doesn't work since update

I've recently updated from 1887 to 1923, and I got a strange error.

As a root (flag z), I usually can't go into the Voting sub-menu. I press 3, nothing happen. It doesn't happen all the time, if the server is near empty I can go into the sub-menu, but after something like 8 players on the server I can't anymore.

And nothing shows on the error log.

Any ideas?

Show the output of "sm plugins list" from your server console please.
