are you running a server or paying for a server, and need a sv_downloadurl because your hosting alot of data for your server such as mods, plugins, sounds, ect....
after searching the web for a couple weeks i found the solution to just that.

this is not a plugin, and is in no way affiliated with amxmodx or source mod.

HFS is a program that allows you to host your own webserver withought having to change any of your computer settings. this program is 100% free.

I am posting the program and a breif readme file on how to set it up.
