What the hell have you done to that poor server? In all honesty, I've never seen the second error you are getting before. Perhaps bailopan can be of more assistance here.

Look for a "sourcemod_fatal" log file (it goes into the mod folder, or above it). If it exists, see if any plugins managed to get in there.

None that i can locate. I haven't had any more error logs since.
