Is there anything that needs attention? Yes, there are: - zBlock doesn't work together with: Quake Sounds Custom Sounds Custom Skins (Both Server And Cleint)

We use custom souns and quake sounds , I may have to guinea pig this some late night with my whitelist.

If you use the whitelist properly it is possible to load up quaksounds, custom skins etc etc.
I would advise to check the official zBlock website for that matter.
You could install metamod source and sourcemod to install KAC anticheat.
That would be a great start.

On the officiall website of sourcemod.com, you can select plugin on the game.
Example:

DOD: Source , gameplay

It will show you all the plugins for dods that change the gameplay.
