If you haven't already seen, Pfsm999 released their version of the plugin, which can be found here.

It also comes with the config plugin allowing for kill-based achievements completed via a config.

Due to certain difficulties and restrictions, it will be easier for me to help Pfsm999 with their plugin rather than to continue recreating mine, I will do my best to improve on the config plugin and build on it to eventually allow for very comprehensive achievement tracking (which will track more than just kills).
