When i try to launch my server, it says:
Host_Error: PF_precache_model_I: Bad string ''

This error appears only if I use blockmaker 4.01 or 3.60
All models and sprites in right place

You read, but you didn't search? I searched for your problem "Host_Error: PF_precache_model_I: Bad string" and I found 2 threads, in one of those you'll find the problem. It wasn't hard!
