lol i downloaded a skin for cs and now the menu was edited too, also now it doesnt write Steam + icon and Servers on the bottom right..

I think you don't understand. non-steam is not supported here, this thread will be trashed soon like many thread about non-steam stuff. If you want to stay here, talk and do something only for steam, that's all.

So this is a non-Steam MOD ? ? ? I don't understand...

It is non-Steam because it will be a Client mod too and will be not distributed through Steam or....

If somebody please explain in more detail... (I want to develop a mod too and I don't really know what legal problems I might encounter...)

I would greatly appreciate this forum support and I don't want to go start dev. an "underground mod"

look, there is a file called gamemenu,RES you can edit all the menu stuff in there, from fpsb i downloaded the css fixed theme, and it had written above the new game some server advertisements, so i edited them, but theme was for nosteam so the menu stayed like nonsteam :/

furthermore: even if it would be ns , it wouldnt get deleted i searched for global rules;

I don't see anything in those rules related to STEAM-ON or Non-Steam, anyways if it's Non-Steam it's a NO-GO on this forum.

me2, it doesnt matter, the client menus, tga files - all work perfectly on ns or s... for amxx its same, just one issue, the 47/48 - but its not related to our project ..
