How can i change the sounds directory ? for example i want the sounds to be in flolder "BGSounds"

Well. If you want to disable an event (a feature) of the plug-in, just set 0 (disabled). Do not remove the messages or the sounds to be precached (in the INI file).

Change the folder, and then edit INI file replacing the old folder with the newer one.
