It just might be... in console in the game type slot0 and it comes up as a proper command. Anyway I bound them to their proper slots and everything works great thanks again.

Hmm, they must have changed it in source games; there's both a slot0, and a slot10. In CS 1.6 you had to use slot10, so I assumed they would have carried the same logic over instead of adding a command that does the exact same thing.

There is no 10 key bl4nk. There is no 10 option on the menu. How can there be a slot 10?

bind 3 slot3
bind 4 slot4
bind 5 slot5
bind 6 slot6
bind 7 slot7
bind 8 slot8
bind 9 slot9
bind 0 slot0

type those in and you should be good to go...
