I tested again on cs 1.6,and what i get is grey rectangulars instead of messages.Also,when i'm admin and use <!>,i can't send a message and i only send it with <.>.Is it how it should work?Btw that thing with admin command different from others is useless imo.

You need add the .res & .tga archives to use it.

This plugin is for condition zero, or for cs 1.6 with precached files (but client who first time downloads those files would need to restart his game anyway....)
