As I am currently busy, can't go in deep now. This is at a quick glance:

1.In event_player_death returning PLUGIN_HANDLED is not needed.
2.Indent your code properly please.
3.You could remove the last empty line from the const and go until sizeof in the for, not until charsmax, it makes more sense like that. Not like it matter too much, anyway.
4.In CmdRespawn don't check is_user_alive two times, you will reach else only if the player is dead. Same for FwdHamUse_Button, don't repeat checks two time, put them only one time. What is common goes first, what is different after.

I dropped support for this plugin long time ago.

Can you just delete this thread or simply unapprove the plugin?
