This is a NEW problem created by CSGO where they have HARD CODED a TEAM LIMIT of
maxplayers / 2.

This means for CSGO the max number of players on a team is now 32.
CSS did not have this limitation. You could have and I tested it, 63 bots vs 1 human.

I have been running bot servers since 2000 and know all about all of the configs and setting.
This isn't a problem with how I have set up my spawn points or var settings and -maxplayers_overide.

I run bot servers with 6 bots per human. I guess NOBODY seems to care about this team limitation since getting up to 32 bots on a team is about all a server can handle but the problem is with rented game servers per slot.

I would like to rent a 21 slot server (3 humans vs 18 bots = 21 slots).
To limit the slots Gameservers.com sets -maxplayers_overide 21
which means the max bot per team ends up being 10
(21 slots / 2 the NEW HARD CODED CSGO TEAM LIMIT)

I spent days and days researching this and haven't found a solution.
The plug in mentioned in this thread doesn't work even after fixing some obvious problems it has with trying to use it this way.
