You could use a percentage... it's much more fair that way

Like, if you have 50 kills you deal +50% damage, total 150% damage... that means if you deal 50dmg you'll result in dealing 75 damage, but, if you hit someone poorly, 5 damage, you'll get 7.5... wich is much more fair than to add extra 25dmg per every hit.

And this way you could limit frags by default to 100 to make double damage available

sugg: if player has x death more than frag, -x damage he will do
Ex: I'm 50/100. I'll make like 20hp less damage
