if anyone was asking what cvars meant it's the Admin Mod Configuration Variables. these are what you can change yourself by putting them in the config.cfg and changing the number that follows each. (i'm not 100% sure it's the config.cfg but it's a .cfg in the amx folder.

not sure why you need this to be admin only, but just make it a high level then, also you can get any amx plugin for 9.8a in the amx forums
