The Block author (DirtyDoggT) runs a 1.5 server without HTML based MOTD and when he saw how I intergrated his stuff onto my server to match my website he was shocked... I know a good idea when I steal it

The good thing is everytime I upload the stats, website and MOTD are updated as well...

Unlimited Ammo was done in Weapons Arena plugin so it is possible..

Very easy if you have the stats displayed on a webserver (as PS2 is) and you are running on Steam.
You only need to open a MOTD with a HTML-redirect or frame. The AMXmod(x) plugin only need to change the url-link, based on the player requesting the data. The client will then get the data from the webserver (incl. all the "slow" database work) and the HLDS-server only need to send the very limited data which it can get from your player info (nick, authid, or ip).

We are using this approach for "personalized" HTML welcome screen (which unfortenately is not working as solid as I would like, due to some valve "features" when people log on, which sometimes causes a long delay until the page get refreshed).

No I don't want that... I can do that with almost 0 knowledge about Small
Would be more interesting to retrieve the data and customize it as you want.
You can't get /top15 without getting the full webpage...
And how about /rank?
