IMO amx 0.9.9 is a release, AMXx 0.2 is still beta, Beta means working out the bugs, some people want the latest also without having to full around with figuring all the bugs out, i am sure they are just testing to see the major diference between the two

While the server is empty, I ping it at 140, This is done threw my hlsw. When i join it I was pinged at 130, nopt sure what it would be like with people in it.

So roughly figure 135, From Ohio, Easter USA
