You can't check based on nickname...basically due to the fact that this could be on different IRC networks, while gamesurge is nice, not everyone uses it. You'd basically just want to do it based on "operator status" which has nothing to do with "nickname" if you can figure out how to recieve that.

I knew I forgot something..

[ reason ] for kick and ban commands
[ minutes ] for ban command

Also, when I listed the customizable output, I mean you choose what is outputted in the bot channel. (Ex: You don't want frags/kills shown, and only want say/say_team/console shown, and you only want it for remote administration and to listen for admin requests/cheater reports from the server)

The bot(s) will probably flood off in a couple seconds if it outputs everything by default, especially on GameSurge.
